Headband has a beautiful 4" layered pink chiffon/lace flower secured to a 5/8" silver glitter elastic headband. Our headbands are felt backed for your little love's comfort. Headband will be made to match the shirt size ordered unless you specify a different size in the order comments.

We love these Tutu Skirt Bloomers because they are a step up from the traditional ruffle butt bloomers/diaper covers. Tutu Skirt Bloomers have longer layers of light pink chiffon ruffles on the front AND back.
